Our logistic team processes orders Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

On top of the shipping time, please count the time necessary to process your orders, which can vary depending of the chosen delivery method:

• Chronopost / Express International: orders placed before 11 a.m. are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) 
• Colissimo / Mondial Relay / Standard International: preparation within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding promotional or high-traffic periods such as Black Friday, sales, Christmas)
